On Saturday, February 25th, 2012 Alabaster's Attic celebrated its 3rd Anniversary at its current location (WOW Outlet in Greensburg).  Shoppers enjoyed refreshments, special discounts, drawings, and live musical entertainment by Mary McCormack (at right), Creator and Director of Alabaster Productions.
The nonprofit Thrift Shop is operated by Alabaster Productions: proceeds benefit Alabaster's Greensburg-based musical theatre which provides live performances at nursing homes, homeless shelters, prisons, schools, churches, etc.  "Using our talents of singing, acting & dancing to bring God's joy, peace, love & healing to those in need, is what Alabaster Productions is all about", says Mary McCormack.
Patricia Santia (above), creator and manager of the Thrift Shop, is often heard saying, "We sell everything from gowns to golf balls."  Patricia is proud of the fact that the shop's boutique-like atmosphere is very relaxing & Spirit-filled.  On any given day you will find Pat or one of the other workers ready to...help customers, accept donations, share a hug/ smile, or lend a listening ear.
The shop has been in existence since August of 2007.  It was first located in Youngwood.  Since its birth, Alabaster's Attic has continued to grow, and has become a favorite of those looking for bargains in a friendly, clean & organized atmosphere.
